Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

What shipping costs

Standard Shipping is a flat $6.95. Shipping is currently free on every order while the current promotion is running, and you will see it applied at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order ships, Standard Shipping typically delivers in three to five business days. Checkout shows you a delivery estimate for your specific address before you pay, and that estimate is the one to go by.

• Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves.

Wrong address, or a package that does not arrive

If you entered an address incorrectly, contact us as quickly as you can. Once a package is handed to the carrier we cannot change where it is going.

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, check with anyone else at the address and with your carrier first, then reach out to us and we will help you work it out.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
